I'm not going to lie, I'm really lazy when it comes to body care. Whilst I'm normally the first to try any new beauty product, body care has always left me cold. I shudder at the idea of spending £10 on what's essentially just a tub of scented Shea Butter, and whilst I wish I had the patience to slather moisturiser on my legs every day I really, really don't.
So, when the first samples of the Revolution Skincare Body Care range arrived, I didn't exactly have high hopes of them working their way into my daily routine. But alas, I had to try them as it's my job (what a burden, right?), and I'm surprised to say the range is now a staple in what's actually become a daily body care routine.
So why am I loving it so much? Because it's skincare for your body. High performance, active ingredients worked into ultra-nourishing formulations. The range is split into three, 'glow' for radiance boosted by Vitamin C, 'balance' for skin purified by Salicylic Acid, and 'soothing' for exfoliation from AHAs. Personally, I've been mixing and matching - I'm loving the AHA range for my legs where I can get some ingrown hairs and the Salicylic on my upper body where I'm prone to some blemishes. I love that the range does more than 'just' moisturise or make you smell good, by targeting skin concerns with powerful ingredients. Best yet, the entire range is formulated with a prebiotic to leave your microbiome balanced.
