Unfortunately, purchases made before the RevRewards launch date cannot be credited to your points balance.

Only orders made on the official RevolutionBeauty.com websites will count towards your point balance.

Your reward points will be added to your points balance when your order has been created and you receive your confirmation email.

The value of the refund will be deducted from your points balance according to the level in which you earned the points.

After purchase you will receive an email inviting you to review the products purchased. Leave a review here and receive 5 points per product.

Please note that leaving a review directly on a website product page will not result in points being awarded. Site/service reviews are also not eligible to earn rewards points.

Revolution Beauty reserves the right not to publish reviews it deems inappropriate.

Friends who follow your referral link will be given a unique £5/€5/$5 code to redeem when they spend over £30/€30/$30.

When a friend uses your link to spend over £30/€30/$30 we will credit your account with 100 points!

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

Referred friends cannot not be existing customers.

If your referred friend subsequently returns or cancels their order, your friend referral bonus will be removed from your account.

Upon entering Silver level you will receive a coupon entitling you to a Free Gift with your next order and a coupon entitling you to Free Delivery.

These reward coupons can be used once only.

You must earn 150 points to stay in the Silver level. These must earned with 12 months of entering the Silver level. If you do not earn enough points in the year since entering to retain your level you will drop down 1 level.

E.G., If you entered the Silver level on Oct 21st 2020, you would need to earn 150 points in the year to Oct 21st 2021 in order to retain your place in the Silver level, otherwise you would drop to Bronze.

If you choose to redeem your points for discount vouchers, your level will be unaffected.

Once you have earned 400 points or more you will be in the Gold level.

In the Gold level you will earn 2 points per whole £1/€1/$1 spent.

Upon entering the Gold level you will receive a coupon entitling you to a Free Gift with your next order and a coupon entitling you to Free Delivery.

The Free Gift coupon may be used once, the free delivery coupon may be used twice.

Upon entering the Silver and Gold levels you will receive a coupon entitling you to free delivery. The Silver coupon may be used once, the Gold coupon may be used twice.

You must earn 200 points to stay in the Gold level. These must be earned within 12 months of entering the Gold level.

If you do not earn enough points in the year since entering to retain your level you will drop down 1 level.

E.G. if you entered the Gold level on Oct 21st 2020, you would need to earn 200 points in the year to Oct 21st 2021 in order to retain your place in the Gold level, otherwise you would drop to Silver.

If you choose to redeem your points for discount vouchers, your level will be unaffected.

Only one points redemption discount may be used at the checkout. You may select one of the values available not exceeding the balance of the order and not exceeding the number of points you have available.

If you apply one discount but then wish to change it, remove the discount by clicking the chose next to it and then select the other amount to add.

E.G., If you have 300 Points available to spend, with a basket value of £20, you may choose either to redeem 100 points for £5 discount OR 200 points for £10 discount. You cannot apply both.

Yes. At checkout, we recommend entering the discount code you'd like to use first. This will show you your new total. Then, select how many points you'd like to redeem for money off.

Any points redeemed within the order will be returned to your balance.
